Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We recognize that emergencies and pressing commitments related to work or family can lead to missed appointments. However, not canceling your appointment in advance can prevent other patients from receiving the necessary treatment. Similarly, if another patient doesn’t cancel their appointment, it may result in our inability to schedule your visit due to a full schedule.
Please be aware that if you fail to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you will incur a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75). This charge is not covered by insurance.
Appointment Scheduling
We acknowledge that delays can occur, but it’s essential to maintain the schedule to benefit all patients and the doctor. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be necessary to reschedule.
