Do you offer in-house payment plans for dental treatment?

Patients are encouraged to apply for Lending Club and Care Credit to help with payment for their treatment needs.

What types of insurance do you accept?

We accept PPO insurance and Healthy Smiles for children under the age of 20.

What should I do if my child is in braces and needs a dental exam or cleaning?

If your child is in braces, it is recommended to have a cleaning completed every three months instead of every six months.

What happens if I miss an appointment without providing 24-hour notice?

If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a seventy-five dollar ($75) fee, which will not be covered by your insurance company.

What is your policy if I am late for my appointment?

If a patient is 15 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to reschedule the appointment to keep the other patients and doctor on time.

Where is your dental office located?

Our office is located on Annapolis Road (Rt. 450) across from St Matthias Catholic Church. For GPS directions, please use St Matthias Catholic Church, and we are the brick buildings across the street.

Do you offer a wide range of dental services in your office?

Yes, we provide a full range of services including Digital X-rays, Routine Cleaning, Sealants, Periodontal/Gum Disease Treatment, Crowns, Veneers, Bridges, Root Canal Therapy, Dentures/Partials, Implants, Extractions (including some wisdom teeth), and Same Day Emergency Appointments.

Are there any dental services that require a referral to another specialist?

We only refer patients out for Orthodontics and extractions of impacted Wisdom Teeth. All other dental services can be performed at our office.

Do you accommodate same-day emergency appointments?

Yes, we offer Same Day Emergency Appointments.

How often should I get my teeth cleaned if I am not wearing braces?

If you are not wearing braces, it is recommended to have a routine cleaning every six months.

What is your cancellation or no-show policy?

What should I do in case of a dental emergency outside office hours?

If you have a dental emergency outside of office hours, please call our emergency contact number provided on our website or voicemail. In case of severe emergencies, seek immediate medical attention at the nearest hospital.

What should I do if I have a toothache?

If you have a toothache, schedule an appointment as soon as possible. In the meantime, you can rinse your mouth with warm water and use over-the-counter pain relief if needed.

Is fluoride treatment necessary?

Fluoride strengthens the teeth and helps prevent tooth decay. Fluoride treatments can be beneficial, especially for children and adults at high risk of cavities.
